CTG is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect / Developer with strong expertise in Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) to lead the design, governance, and scalability of enterprise ServiceNow solutions. This role will serve as a strategic advisor for HRSD architecture, workflow design, platform best practices, and long-term governance as the organization expands beyond current NOPP/LOA processes.

 

The ideal candidate will have deep experience designing scalable ServiceNow HRSD solutions, supporting complex approval workflows, and guiding platform strategy to ensure maintainability, performance, compliance, and operational efficiency across the enterprise.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the lead architect and technical advisor for ServiceNow HRSD solutions and platform strategy
  • Design scalable HRSD architectures to support organizational growth and expansion beyond current NOPP/LOA processes
  • Advise stakeholders on ServiceNow best practices, governance standards, and platform optimization
  • Lead complex workflow and approval process design within HRSD modules
  • Architect and develop custom ServiceNow solutions, integrations, and automations
  • Ensure platform scalability, stability, security, and maintainability across HR operations
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, security, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Establish governance processes, development standards, and configuration management practices
  • Provide technical leadership for ServiceNow enhancements, upgrades, and implementations
  • Support workflow orchestration, case management, employee lifecycle events, and HR process automation
  • Review and approve technical designs, configurations, and development activities
  • Troubleshoot complex platform issues and provide solution recommendations
  • Mentor developers and administrators on ServiceNow architecture and development best practices
  • Maintain technical documentation, architectural diagrams, and governance artifacts

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of ServiceNow development and architecture experience
  • Strong experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow HRSD modules
  • Expertise designing complex ServiceNow workflows and approval processes
  • Experience establishing ServiceNow governance frameworks and development standards
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, integrations, and scalability considerations
  • Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Workflow Editor, and Service Catalog
  • Experience with JavaScript, Glide APIs, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and ACLs
  • Ability to evaluate and recommend scalable enterprise solutions
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional business and technical teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • ServiceNow HRSD Implementation Specialist certification
  • Experience with enterprise HR transformation initiatives
  • Knowledge of ITIL and enterprise governance frameworks
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with HR systems and identity platforms

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $185,000 to $225,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
