A Day in the Life

Service Marketing leader to drive the EMEA Service Marketing strategy and help shape the future growth of our service business. This role will partner closely with Operating Units, regional teams, and global stakeholders to develop competitive service offerings, identify market opportunities, and create strategies that deliver measurable business impact.

As a key strategic partner, you will analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to define commercial priorities and enable revenue growth. You will also lead service sales enablement initiatives, supporting teams with the tools, insights, and training needed to effectively position and sell service solutions.

This role will play an important part in developing Medtronic Service’s global brand presence through digital marketing, communications, campaigns, conferences, and customer engagement initiatives. You will have the opportunity to influence senior stakeholders, drive change, and operate in a dynamic environment where strategic thinking and strong execution are critical.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Develop and execute the EMEA Service Marketing strategy aligned with business growth objectives
• Create competitive service offerings and identify opportunities to increase revenue and market share
• Provide market insights through customer feedback, research, and industry analysis to support commercial decision-making
• Lead service sales enablement initiatives, including training, engagement activities, and sales tools
• Support global service branding, communications, digital marketing, and customer engagement strategies
• Build strong relationships with Operating Units, regional teams, and senior stakeholders

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Strong experience in strategic marketing, commercial strategy, or a related field within a complex organisation
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change across multiple functions
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and commercial growth strategies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous and evolving environments, creating structure and delivering results
