This role is all about making sure services get delivered accurately and on time
- Process service orders and provisioning requests
- Manage number porting (local and mobile)
- Handle tickets, calls, and customer queries
- Work closely with internal teams and carriers to get things sorted
- Jump on escalations and drive them through to resolution
- Keep systems updated and documentation clean and accurate

- Experience in telco or IT operations
- A solid understanding of things like NBN, VoIP/SIP or mobile provisioning
- Experience working with tickets, orders, or fulfilment processes
- Strong attention to detail (you’ll be juggling multiple requests)
