SEO Specialist / SEO Manager

This is a remote position.

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled, hands-on SEO professional who can own both SEO strategy and execution across multiple brands and websites. The ideal candidate will be experienced in U.S. and local SEO, comfortable managing multiple large projects in a fast-moving environment, and able to quickly audit websites, identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and work alongside the existing team to implement recommendations.

This is a rapid-hire opportunity for someone who can work independently, move quickly, and adapt as priorities and projects change.

Scope of Work:

• Audit multiple brand websites to identify SEO opportunities, issues, and areas for improvement.
  
• Develop and implement SEO strategies tailored to each individual brand and website.
  
• Create actionable SEO roadmaps and prioritize initiatives based on impact and business needs.
  
• Conduct keyword research and search-intent analysis.
  
• Perform on-page and technical SEO optimization.
  
• Optimize website pages, content, and landing pages for search visibility and performance.
  
• Analyze and improve local SEO performance, particularly for the U.S. market.
  
• Conduct competitor and SERP research to identify opportunities and trends.
  
• Work closely with the existing team to provide clear, actionable SEO recommendations that can be implemented efficiently.
  
• Monitor search performance and identify areas requiring further optimization.
  
• Provide clear reporting and communicate findings, priorities, and progress to stakeholders.
  
• Manage SEO initiatives across multiple brands and websites simultaneously.
  
• Adjust strategies and priorities as business needs, search trends, and project requirements change.
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in SEO strategy and execution.
  
• Strong experience with Local SEO and the U.S. market.
  
• Strong understanding of keyword research and search intent.
  
• Hands-on experience with on-page and technical SEO.
  
• Experience with content and landing-page SEO.
  
• Experience conducting competitor research and SEO analysis.
  
• Experience managing SEO for multiple websites, brands, or projects.
  
• Ability to independently audit websites and develop actionable SEO roadmaps.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  
• Highly organized and able to prioritize across multiple large projects.
  
• Fast, proactive, and comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment.
  
• Able to work collaboratively with an existing team while taking ownership of assigned SEO initiatives.

Shifts & Hours:

• Starting with a minimum of  20 hours per week
  
• Must have availability and flexibility to increase to 40 hours per week based on workload and business needs.
