Currently, we are looking for a Freelance SEO Manager to join our internal team at Gegidze.

Gegidze is an international company providing recruitment, EOR, payroll, business consultancy, and automation consultancy services to clients across several markets. We are looking to strengthen our organic visibility, grow qualified website traffic, and generate more inbound leads.

This is a part-time freelance role requiring a few hours per week. You will be responsible for our SEO strategy, including keyword planning, technical improvements, content optimisation, and performance tracking. We are looking for an experienced, strategic, and independent SEO specialist who is motivated by measurable growth.


Your Duties
  • Develop and own our SEO strategy across several markets.
  • Conduct keyword research and planning for each target market.
  • Identify and implement technical SEO improvements on our website.
  • Optimise existing and new content for search visibility.
  • Grow qualified organic traffic and support lead generation.
  • Track, analyse, and report on SEO performance.
  • Provide clear strategic direction and recommendations to the team.
  • Work toward agreed SEO goals and KPIs.



Requirements

  • Senior-level experience in SEO.
  • Proven experience growing organic traffic and leads.
  • Strong knowledge of on-page, technical, and content SEO.
  • Experience working across multiple markets or languages.
  • Expertise with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with the team to provide clear strategic direction.
  • Experience with B2B, SaaS, or professional services is preferred.
