About the role
This role is designed to lead Bizzdesign’s growth and enterprise expansion across LATAM, one of the most strategic opportunities for our global development. You will act as the Senior Vice President of Sales – LATAM, driving regional go-to-market execution, revenue growth, and team performance.
This role focuses on building scalable sales success in the region by combining leadership, strategic execution, and direct engagement with enterprise decision-makers, while partnering closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product.
What you will do
- Own and execute the LATAM go-to-market strategy, with the flexibility to adapt and innovate
- Lead and inspire a high-performing regional sales team, fostering collaboration and accountability
- Open new markets, expand existing enterprise accounts, and accelerate regional growth
- Build strategic partnerships to strengthen market presence and drive pipeline
- Engage directly with C-level executives as a trusted advisor and enterprise transformation partner
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to deliver strong customer outcomes
- Provide clear, data-driven forecasting and commercial insights to global leadership
What we are looking for
- 15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise B2B SaaS sales, including 5+ years in senior regional leadership
- Strong track record of scaling sales organizations and delivering double-digit revenue growth
- Deep understanding of LATAM markets, culture, and enterprise buying cycles
- Proven ability to sell value-based solutions to C-level executives in complex sales cycles
- Experience building and managing partner ecosystems
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus); legal/compliance knowledge is a strong advantage
