About the Project

We are looking for an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to become the key expert responsible for the user experience and interface design of a new mobile game.

We're seeking someone who can do more than create visually appealing screens. We need a designer who can craft intuitive user journeys, make product-level UX decisions, and transform high-level concepts into polished, production-ready interfaces suitable for rapid prototyping and development.

The project targets an adult audience and combines elements of RPG, science fiction, and premium contemporary aesthetics. Its visual direction is built around technological luxury, refined minimalism, and the aesthetics of elite esports.

Responsibilities

  • Design the UI/UX for a mobile game in close collaboration with the Art Director and Game Design team.

  • Design user journeys, gameplay flows, and navigation systems.

  • Analyze conceptual sketches and propose the most effective UX solutions.

  • Develop screen architecture and interaction logic.

  • Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes.

  • Design visual interface concepts and high-fidelity UI mockups.

  • Build and maintain a unified design system for the project.

  • Prepare complete production-ready design assets for implementation.

  • Collaborate with programmers and technical artists during UI integration.

  • Participate in UX reviews and continuously improve existing solutions.

Expected Deliverables:

  • A well-structured user experience architecture.

  • Complete wireframes and UX flow documentation.

  • Interactive prototypes for key gameplay screens.

  • High-fidelity UI designs.

  • A scalable component-based design system.

  • Production-ready design files prepared for implementation.

  • Documentation describing screen interactions and interface behavior.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior UI/UX Designer in the game industry.

  • Experience designing interfaces for mobile games.

  • Excellent understanding of UX principles, usability, and mobile user behavior.

  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, Variables, and Prototyping.

  • Ability to transform conceptual ideas into polished user experiences.

  • Strong visual design and composition skills.

  • Understanding of mobile platform constraints and game UI requirements.

  • Experience preparing production-ready design files for developers.

  • Ability to justify UX decisions based on user experience, product goals, and design rationale.

Nice to have:

  • Experience working on RPG titles.

  • Experience designing interfaces for Sci-Fi or Cyberpunk games.

  • Understanding of the UI implementation pipeline in Unity.

  • Experience adapting interfaces for multiple screen sizes and resolutions.

  • Knowledge of UI animation principles and micro-interactions.

  • Experience creating design systems for game projects.

  • Experience conducting UX research and validating design hypotheses.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Thinks in terms of the overall product rather than individual screens.

  • Understands the complete user journey and knows how to optimize it.

  • Proactively proposes solutions instead of simply executing assigned tasks.

  • Can balance usability, aesthetics, and technical constraints.

  • Enjoys crafting premium-quality interfaces with exceptional attention to detail.
