How will you impact?

As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will take ownership of early-stage product definition and discovery for large-scale digital platforms serving millions of users. By turning intricate data models and expert workflows into intuitive digital interfaces, your work will directly optimize search relevance, improve rater efficiency, and elevate user engagement across high-impact consumer touchpoints.

Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Lead end-to-end product discovery and early-stage design, translating complex user needs and business challenges into intuitive digital solutions.
• Design clear, efficient workflows for prioritizing issues, evaluating search relevance, scoring query-product pairs, and reporting rater agreement metrics.
• Conduct continuous user research using interviews, journey mapping, walkthroughs, and usability testing with internal expert users.
• Create wireframes, rapid prototypes, and high-fidelity production designs to validate product hypotheses and iterate quickly.
• Build, scale, and maintain robust UI components and design systems in Figma, ensuring alignment with existing brand guidelines.
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and Data Scientists to turn prototypes into technically viable, thin-slice production releases.
• Manage the end-to-end design handoff, working within front-end technical constraints to ensure seamless design-to-code execution.
  

What you’ll bring to the role:

Essential Requirements:

• Proven senior-level UX/UI design experience with a portfolio highlighting complex, data-rich interfaces, dashboards, workflows, or rating/evaluation tools.
• Demonstrated background in product discovery and early-stage definition, turning ambiguous business requirements into high-impact interfaces.
• Strong practical foundation in qualitative and quantitative user research methods and usability testing alongside expert users.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including building, maintaining, and scaling comprehensive design systems and reusable component libraries.
• Strong working knowledge of front-end web components, responsive constraints, and modern design handoff processes.
• Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills with engineering, product, and data science teams.
  

Desirable Requirements:

• Experience designing search relevance platforms, internal evaluation tools, or workflow automation software.
• Background working on high-traffic B2C platforms or large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience translating complex analytical insights and dataset metrics into actionable, user-friendly visualization experiences.

Location:

Serbia - Remote but able to accommodate UAE working hours
