Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Treasury Manager to take ownership of Group liquidity, cash management, FX exposure and payment processes within a fast-growing, multinational environment. You will play a key role in optimising and developing our Treasury function, including the Treasury Management System, cash forecasting, banking structures and treasury reporting, while partnering closely with Finance and BI teams. This role will also involve managing and developing a Treasury Analyst and supporting wider treasury projects as our business continues to scale.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Own day-to-day Group liquidity and cash management: cash positioning, cash pooling and intercompany funding through our existing in-house bank structure. 

• Operate, optimise and further develop our Treasury Management System, driving adoption, automation, bank connectivity and straight-through processing across the Group. 

• Manage the group's FX and multicurrency exposure: identify and monitor exposures and help formalise the Group FX risk policy. 

• Run and continuously improve our centralised, secure and compliant Group payment processes. 

• Own the short and long-term liquidity forecasts for the Group and drive improvements in forecast accuracy and process. 

• Optimise working capital and rationalise bank account structures and banking relationships across the Group. 

• Define KPIs, cash metrics and reporting requirements and partner with our BI team to ensure treasury reporting in PowerBI is fit for purpose and gives internal stakeholders the right insights. 

• Manage the Treasury Analyst, including but not limited to setting objectives, reviewing work and providing hands-on mentoring and development for a relatively junior team member. 

• Take on ad-hoc projects and non-routine challenges as the business evolves. 

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS: 

• 5+ years of treasury experience in a multinational scale-up, fintech or other high-growth environment. 

• A track record of optimising and maturing an existing treasury function - for example improving TMS usage, payment processes, cash pooling or in-house bank operations, rather than only running an established one. 

• Solid FX risk management experience: exposure analysis and hedging experience in a multicurrency group. 

• Genuine comfort operating with uncertainty, imperfect processes and competing priorities; a pragmatic improver who builds structure without waiting for it. 

• Strong data skills, able to collect, organise and use data for decision-making and to translate treasury needs into clear requirements for BI and finance teams. 

• A degree in finance or business or a treasury qualification is a plus. 

• Experience managing or coaching junior team members, with the patience and structure to develop early-career talent. 

• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to work effectively with both finance and non-finance stakeholders across regions.
