Senior Travel Consultant, ERM (Remote)

This is a 3-month, temporary contract role.
The Senior Travel Consultant, ERM is responsible for accurately and efficiently handling incoming requests via multiple channels (i.e. phone, email, etc.) and handling additional duties as assigned within a global, mutli- regional setup. You will be the primary point of contact for the customer and provide active travel consultation towards the business customers, including providing travel details and up-selling of related products.
This position demonstrates an extensive understanding and applicability of all areas in the travel industry. You wil work independently on requests as assigned and take the initiative to provide assistance.
The Senior Travel Consultant, ERM works with the team to provide day-to-day assistance. You will be the first point of contact for team members and respond to questions, providing direction on policies and procedures. You may work in project teams on projects related to operations and coach travel consultants when team lead is absent.

The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Senior Travel Consultant with Amadeus - Temporary contract is between $47,000 and $60,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, and geographical location.
