The Senior Technical Recruiter will develop and execute full lifecycle recruitment strategies to attract and retain highly qualified talent for various government sector companies. They will partner with hiring managers to build passive candidate pipelines and ensure a seamless, compliant, and robust recruitment operation.
Koniag Government Services is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to add to our internal recruiting team. This is a full-time employment opportunity with a high paced team supporting our family of companies. This is a full lifecycle recruiting opportunity.

The Senior Technical Recruiter will be responsible for developing, refining and executing recruitment and sourcing strategies to attract, develop and retain highly qualified talent for the various companies within the sector. The successful candidate will partner with our Operating Group Presidents and Hiring Managers to ensure a seamless, value added and robust recruitment operation that will effectively meet our growing needs for talent and enable us to achieve our business goals.
In this role you will be a key recruiting talent partner for various groups within the sector. You will interface with business and program leaders, and deliver qualified talent to fill critical business roles.
