The Technical Account Manager (TAM) goal is to ensure that our customers' organization is fully leveraging.

Ensure our customer's organization is fully leveraging using our state-of-art Zero Trust solutions!

As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Being customer's main technical contact and acting as a trusted advisor for Akamai's Zero Trust solutions.
  • Designing a journey with customer and provide assistance to help them on achieving planned milestones.
  • Identifying and analyzing customer's requirements and providing technical recommendations through introduction of new features, products and services.
  • Assessing the deployment on a regular basis to identify gaps and provide best-practice / optimization recommendations.
  • Supporting integration requirements between Akamai Zero Trust solutions and other 3rd party solutions.
  • Providing technical training to the customer's team on the use and maintenance of the implemented Akamai products.

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

  • 5+ years of experience and a Bachelor's in Computer Science or electrical engineering
  • Possess technical background and practical experience in cybersecurity
  • Build trusted relationships as the primary technical contact, ensuring customer success with Akamai Zero Trust solutions
  • Deliver expert advice on infrastructure design and optimization in on-premises and cloud services while developing strategies leveraging Akamai's Products
  • Demonstrate exceptional ability to analyze and resolve problems effectively.
  • Have advanced or fluent English and Spanish.
