Senior TecCom Supply Chain Data Consultant (m/f/d)

TecAlliance interconnects global automotive aftermarket data and knowledge from order to invoice. With over 900 colleagues working relentlessly in 140 countries, we are owned by 34 automotive companies like Bosch, Continental, Rheinmetall, and ZF. We act as an information hub and process facilitator for them, ensuring standardized processes that help clients save costs (process and indirect costs) and time through efficient processes enabled by our software.

This is a senior individual contributor role reporting directly to the Commercial Director, TecCom EMEA. You will work closely within a Europe-wide network of parts manufacturers and distributors, as well as with cross-functional stakeholders across Commercial, Product, Sales, and Key Account teams in EMEA. This includes Product Owners and global account leaders, ensuring strong alignment and collaboration across the organisation.

This position can be filled at one of our locations or remote in the countries mentioned in the job posting, on either a full-time or part-time basis.

✨ Enable a digital European IAM supply chain.
Build and orchestrate a strong industry network of parts manufacturers and distributors, translating market and regulatory needs into a common supply chain data standard, scalable solutions and services. In doing so, you will create true impact—pioneering the shift away from traditional supplier master files towards a fully data-driven ecosystem.

What you’ll do

🚀 Build and grow a European stakeholder network: Establish a trusted, engaged community acting as council and early adopters

📊 Define and roll out a European data standard: Align diverse stakeholders and incorporate local market requirements where needed

🧩 Own the Supply Chain Data service (EMEA): Ensure a scalable, commercially viable solution from concept to market adoption

🤝 Partner with data providers and receivers, acting as a trusted advisor: Guide onboarding, implementation, and long-term adoption across the ecosystem

🌐 Represent TecAlliance / TecCom in industry forums and working groups: Actively shape industry standards and strengthen TecCom’s market positioning

🔍 Stay ahead of regulatory developments (e.g. eFTI, 2D barcodes, SDS): Translate regulatory changes into actionable implications for data standards and services

💡Turn business and customer needs into clear product and IT requirements: Drive execution in close collaboration with cross-functional teams and ensure adoption

Your Profile

• Recognised European Automotive Aftermarket insider, with at least 10 years of relevant professional experience.

• Proven hands‑on experience with Supply Chain Data topics (e.g. articles, prices, logistics data), gained on at least one side of the ecosystem: data sender, data receiver, or standardisation body.

• Strong ability to think strategically while remaining highly hands‑on, from concept creation to market adoption.

• Pragmatic and credible professional, able to engage confidently with supply chain practitioners and business experts, communicating clearly and directly.

• Comfortable operating in complex, multi‑stakeholder European environments.

• English mandatory; working and documentation language. Other languages (e.g. German, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish, etc.) are a strong plus.

• Willingness to travel (typically 1–2 trips per month)
