Location: Remote
Regions Supported: Chicago | MO/IL/WI | NY/PA/NC | TN/FL/GA | NC
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM based on the time zone of supported sites
Pay Rate: $45–$55/hour
Overtime: Must be pre-approved by Sr. TAM/TAD

The Opportunity
We are seeking a progressive, high-energy Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment efforts across multiple business segments, supporting high-volume production, skilled trades, and salaried non-exempt positions.
This role will develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies that attract qualified talent, build strong pipelines, and support business growth. You will partner closely with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to understand workforce needs, provide market insights, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
This is an opportunity for an experienced recruiter who enjoys working independently, using data to drive recruiting decisions, and developing creative sourcing strategies beyond traditional job boards.

How You Will Impact the Organization
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies focused on speed, quality, diversity, and candidate experience.
- Proactively source candidates and build talent pipelines using creative strategies and grassroots recruiting efforts.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop tailored recruiting solutions.
- Serve as an external employment market expert by providing insights into talent trends, competitor practices, and sourcing strategies.
- Support employer branding initiatives designed to strengthen the organization's position as an employer of choice.
- Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, regulations, and internal policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Leverage recruiting technology and tools to improve efficiency, candidate engagement, and overall recruiting effectiveness.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including intake sessions, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, facilitation, and post-interview debriefs.
- Analyze recruiting data and performance metrics to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Provide data-driven insights and strategic consultation to HR and business leaders.
- Mentor and support less experienced recruiting team members by sharing best practices and industry knowledge.
- Participate in employer branding campaigns, community outreach, recruiting events, and other initiatives designed to strengthen talent pipelines.
- Travel occasionally for site visits, recruiting events, and training as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What You Need to Succeed
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- 5+ years of corporate recruiting experience; agency recruiting experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated success developing and executing diversity recruiting strategies.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect recruiting strategies to organizational workforce needs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruiting data and make actionable recommendations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong influencing and relationship-building skills with candidates, hiring managers, HR partners, and business leaders.
- Experience recruiting across multiple levels and functions, including professional, technical, skilled trades, production, and leadership positions.
- Demonstrated ability to proactively source candidates through channels beyond traditional job boards.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and shared files.
- Experience working with recruiting metrics, reports, dashboards, or other talent acquisition analytics.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while effectively supporting multiple locations and stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel for site visits, recruiting events, and training as required.
- Bilingual Spanish is highly preferred.

- Pay Rate: $45–$55 per hour
