Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Windows servers and IIS environments
- Provide software installations, upgrades, and system maintenance
- Coordinate and implement security patches and updates
- Monitor system performance and respond to alerts
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide operational support
- Manage user access and account support requests
- Implement automation and operational improvements
- Support application availability and performance requirements
- Collaborate with developers, DBAs, cybersecurity, and infrastructure teams
- Provide technical guidance, training, and support to project teams
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of Systems Administration experience
- Strong Windows Server administration experience
- Hands-on experience with IIS configuration and administration
- Experience with patch management and system monitoring
- Strong troubleshooting and production support skills
- Experience supporting secure, enterprise-level environments
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SCOM or other enterprise monitoring tools
- Experience supporting federal government environments
- Familiarity with high-availability systems and SLA-driven operations
- Experience coordinating with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams
- Ability to support scheduled maintenance activities outside normal business hours when required
