The Global Sales Enablement Center of Excellence (CoE) is a newly formed function that provides best practices, sales materials, market knowledge, solution design and intelligence services, bid management services and pricing so we can enable sales teams to sell the full portfolio of services across Randstad’s specializations. There are three specializations within the Global CoE to support various business segments: Enterprise, Operations/Professional (OTS/PTS) and Mid-Market.
You will be a key member of our Enterprise solution design team. The solution design team has a deep understanding of the global talent spectrum, our design services cover all aspects of talent acquisition and management, including HR and recruitment solutions, Managed Services Provider (MSP) programs, Statement of Work (SOW) Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), mobility, outplacement and career transition services.

Center of Excellence (CoE)
The Center of Excellence (CoE) is here to help win, retain, and expand business across all specialisations, from OTS and PTS to Mid-Market and Enterprise. We also provide dedicated support to our Global Enterprise Strategic Accounts (GESA) and our wider international clients.
purpose of the job
You enjoy the challenge of analysis and transforming baseline client requirements from various formats to clear and tangible insights which accelerate our commercial pursuits.
Your preparation and analysis will focus on contingent and permanent talent models. Where you use our standard analytical tools and target operating models to create a structured foundation and first draft analysis which has organised, transformed and mapped the client’s data into actionable insights.
You will team up with solution design experts to shape up and solve our client challenges. Together we will activate the most effective, efficient and engaging experience for our clients and their talent.
job responsibilities
with direction from your line manager take new solution concepts, then design, build and deploy specialist tools for CoE pursuits
identify opportunities to utilise AI tools to increase productivity and efficiency across the CoE
utilise google sheets development experience to enhance and maintain the OneTool and/or CoE SD toolkits
take ownership of ad-hoc reporting, audits, satisfaction surveys to monitor the quality of the solution design and adherence to process
affinity and ability to learn and apply analytical platforms such as the google looker, google sheets, excel or another analytics platform to turn data into insights and visualizations
converts client requirements and terminology to initial target operating models
models will vary per region and will require learning various terminology along the way
utilise OneTool and SD toolkit to create first draft overview and analysis of client requirements using a standard process and formal hand-over to the Solutions lead
summarizes scope, complexities, risks and incomplete or missing insights
leverage industry insights which create impact with facts and insights as part of ongoing improvement and benchmarks
support internal projects to enhance and expand service to support our stakeholders
joins virtual meetings and checkpoints
supports to optimize the talent model analysis process and suggesting improvements on how data is mapped and translated into regional or global talent models

identify inefficiencies, build automation to free up space for solution designers
create and maintain SD toolkits for each CoE
