About the Opportunity

Our client is a premium international hospitality organization operating a portfolio of luxury properties across North America, Latin America, and Europe. As part of a major data modernization initiative, they are building a centralized data platform that will consolidate operational, financial, guest, marketing, and commercial data from dozens of business-critical systems into a modern Microsoft Fabric environment.

They are seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to serve as the primary delivery lead for a large-scale enterprise integration program. This individual will work directly with executive stakeholders, business leaders, technology vendors, and engineering teams to define integration strategies, align business requirements, and drive successful execution across a complex multi-system ecosystem.

This role combines solution architecture, stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and delivery leadership, making it ideal for someone who enjoys bridging business objectives with technical implementation.

What You'll Do

  • Lead requirements discovery workshops with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Sales, Marketing, CRM, and Business Intelligence teams.

  • Translate business objectives into scalable data integration and architecture solutions.

  • Serve as the primary client-facing delivery lead alongside a Fractional vCTO.

  • Coordinate with third-party software vendors to obtain integration requirements, negotiate technical specifications, and resolve implementation blockers.

  • Establish and maintain data requirements for each source system throughout the engagement lifecycle.

  • Collaborate with downstream analytics and modeling partners to define data warehouse consumption requirements.

  • Drive project planning, status reporting, stakeholder communications, and executive updates.

  • Produce key discovery-phase deliverables, including source system assessments, integration recommendations, implementation roadmaps, and vendor evaluations.

  • Help shape architecture decisions for a modern enterprise data platform built on Microsoft Fabric and Azure technologies.

  • Strong background facilitating requirements gathering with executive stakeholders and operational leaders.

  • Experience working directly with third-party SaaS vendors to define and negotiate integration approaches.

  • Deep understanding of data warehouse architecture, governance, data contracts, and scalable ingestion patterns.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Professional-level English proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience delivering technology solutions within hospitality, retail, multi-location, or franchise-based organizations.

  • Familiarity with hospitality technology ecosystems, property management systems, POS platforms, CRM solutions, HRIS platforms, or reservation systems.

  • Consulting experience with a systems integrator, Microsoft partner, advisory firm, or enterprise consulting organization.

  • Microsoft certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect, Fabric Analytics Engineer, or similar.

  • Spanish and/or Italian language skills are highly valued.

The engagement leverages a modern Microsoft data stack, including:

  • REST, SOAP, SFTP, and CDC integration patterns

  • Enterprise SaaS and hospitality platforms

Team Structure

You will report directly to the engagement's Fractional vCTO and collaborate with a senior delivery team that includes Data Engineering, Backend/DevOps, and hospitality domain specialists. Together, the team is responsible for delivering a high-impact enterprise data platform that will support strategic decision-making across a global hospitality operation.

Why Join?

This is a unique opportunity to lead a highly visible enterprise transformation initiative for a sophisticated international organization.
