Wincent is looking for Quant & Trading Recruiter to hire the top 0.1% candidates from around the world.

We are only as good as our strategies and they are only as good as our Quants and Traders, so Recruitment is directly responsible for Wincent's success. Our goal is to become the #1 crypto trader in the world and we won't get there with an average team. We are committed to building and scaling teams of exceptionally talented people.

Hence our Recruitment is focused on active sourcing, building long-term relationships with candidates and assertive approach.
