The Senior QA Manual Test Analyst will execute manual test cases, track defects, and collaborate with the QA lead to ensure product quality. They are responsible for maintaining test plans, documenting outcomes, and participating in defect triage to verify fixes.
We are looking for a Senior QA Resource to support hands-on manual testing activities and collaborate closely with a lead resource to ensure product quality throughout the development lifecycle. The ideal candidate for this role should have strong experience executing manual test cases, tracking work items, and documenting test results with precision and consistency. This role is critical for maintaining high quality standards and ensuring issues are identified and addressed before releases reach end users.
What You’ll Do

Execute manual test cases across various features, functions, and system updates to identify defects and
quality issues
Collaborate closely with the QA lead to align on testing priorities, coverage, and schedules
Create, maintain, and manage test cases and test plans within a designated test case management tool
Log, track, and update work items, defects, and testing progress within the work item tracking system
Perform regression, functional, and exploratory testing as needed to validate fixes and new features
Document and report testing outcomes clearly, including reproduction steps for identified defects
Participate in defect triage discussions to help prioritize and clarify issues found during testing
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to verify fixes and confirm resolution of reported defects
Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and documentation standards
Requirements
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone with:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
3+ years of experience in manual quality assurance testing, or related experience
Proficiency in work item tracking tools such as Jira
Experience with test case management tools such as Zephyr
Strong understanding of manual testing methodologies, including functional, regression, and exploratory testing
Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify, document, and communicate defects clearly
Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with lead resources and cross-functional teams
Ability to work independently while staying aligned with team priorities and testing schedules
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple test cases and track progress efficiently
