👥 Customer Description:
A global mobility and urban services platform providing ride-hailing, delivery, and related digital services across multiple countries. The company develops scalable products with a strong focus on reliability, security, and user experience.

🧩 Project Description:
We are looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer to work on a global mobility platform product. The project is currently in an ongoing phase.

🤝 Soft Skills:

• High independence and the ability to work autonomously, proactively find information, and solve problems using available internal resources

💡 Hard Skills / Must Have:

• Russian language proficiency

• 3+ years of experience in Functional Testing

• 3+ years of experience in QA Automation

• 1+ year of experience in mobile app testing and automation (recent, hands-on experience required)

• Recent hands-on experience with both functional and automated testing

• Proficiency in API testing using Postman or similar tools

• Experience with database operations and CRUD

• Basic CLI tools such as bash/zsh

• Proficiency in web front-end testing

• Proficiency in Kotlin or strong programming skills in Python, Java, or TypeScript

• Solid understanding of mobile platforms, client-server architecture, and network protocols

• Experience with CI/CD tools, Git, and test management practices

• Ability to read backend and frontend code to identify and investigate defects

• Experience using AI-assisted development tools for coding, testing, and code review

✨ Hard Skills / Nice to Have:

• Experience with contract testing or visual regression testing for mobile applications

• Mobile testing experience across iOS and Android

• Experience with emulators, traffic sniffing, and OS-specific testing

• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-based device farms

📌 Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Design and maintain test cases and test suites for product features

• Participate in agile practices including discovery, refinement, decomposition, sprint planning, and demos

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for APIs and mobile UI across iOS and Android; implement shift-left testing

• Build and maintain test frameworks and tools for QA engineers and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines

• Ensure the reliability of the testing infrastructure

• Work with technical operations and other teams to implement quality management processes and improve testing workflows

• Investigate production issues, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with backend/mobile developers to prevent regressions

• Track quality metrics using issue-tracking and business intelligence tools, automate routine tasks, and advocate for testability
