Job Summary:

1. Strategic Planning and Execution:

● Lead the planning, implementation, and tracking of telemedicine projects.

● Develop and maintain detailed project plans to monitor and track progress and ensure that projects align with the organization's strategic goals.

● Manage cross-functional teams to ensure coordinated efforts in program development, execution, and evaluation.

2. Team Leadership and Development:

● Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team, encouraging open communication and idea sharing.

● Conduct regular performance reviews, set professional development goals, and provide mentorship to team members.

● Recruit and onboard new team members, ensuring they align with the organization's mission and values.

3. Stakeholder Engagement:

● Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including external and internal stakeholders

● Regularly communicate program progress and challenges to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and collaborative problem-solving.

4. Budget and Resource Management:

● Oversee the program budget, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization of funds and resources.

● Allocate resources appropriately to ensure project success.

5. Monitoring and Evaluation:

● Implement a comprehensive monitoring and evaluation system to track program progress against goals and objectives.

● Analyze data to identify trends, successes, and areas for improvement, ensuring the program's effectiveness and impact.

● Prepare and present detailed reports on program outcomes and learnings to internal and external stakeholders.

6. Innovation and Continuous Improvement:

● Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in telehealth and healthcare technology, identifying opportunities for integration into program activities.

● Encourage a culture of innovation within the team, promoting experimentation and the adoption of new approaches.

● Regularly review and update program strategies and processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and impact.

Requirements

• Preferred: MPH/MHA/MBA (Health) / MSW or equivalent with experience in Digital Health Program
  Implementation
  
• Also considered: MBBS/BDS/BSc Nursing/BAMS/BHMS with strong experience in managing large-scale health
  or social sector programs
  

• Minimum 6-8 years of clinical experience
  
• Experience in Digital Health Interventions
  
• Experience in community/public health programs preferred
  
  

• Proven track record of managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
  
• Strong leadership skills and experience in team management.
  
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
