Position Summary

Responsible for managing and directing key operational and program-support projects for the Consortium for Biomedical Research and Artificial Intelligence in Neurodegeneration (C-BRAIN). The role will serve as the primary contact for a variety of C-BRAIN committees, programs, initiatives, etc. This position is expected to work closely with leadership, especially on strategic projects and priorities the executive team plans to undertake.

Job Description

• Manage and create structures around program initiatives and unique projects through the C-BRAIN. Focus on goals, identify best practices and implement a variety of priority plans and undertakings. Support efforts and impact and monitors implementation and planning of initiatives and projects.
• Coordinate and co-lead projects with minimal oversight. Report, monitor and partner with academic, industry, and philanthropic partners, internal and external collaborators, and vendors  to implement strategic priorities set by the C-BRAIN leadership. Develop ideas to bring to the table and be a thought partner with C-BRAIN Leaders.   
• Work with senior leadership on new initiatives, special projects, new leaders in the C-BRAIN and management priorities.
• Collaborate with partners and stakeholders through advocacy, leadership and communication. Skillfully interpreting data and advises the leadership team on decision challenges and opportunities. Represent the C-BRAIN in a professional and courteous manner.
• Manage priorities and deadlines, manage communications and coordinate meetings, events, activities, etc.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Salary Range

$65,900.00 - $112,700.00 / Annually

The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
