AI Summary

The Senior Product Owner will lead product discovery, prioritize the backlog, and define clear requirements for the Login Enterprise platform. They will collaborate with engineering, UX, and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-value, scalable digital workspace solutions.
Remote – EMEA  |   Full Time

Strong preference for candidates in or near the Netherlands time zone (CET/CEST).

Login VSI helps organizations deliver a seamless, reliable digital workspace experience. Our Login Enterprise platform lets enterprises continuously test and validate the performance, scalability, and reliability of applications and digital workspaces across VDI, DaaS, Cloud PC, physical endpoint, and hybrid environments.

As Senior Product Owner, you'll maximize the value delivered across a broad, complex, or strategically important area of Login Enterprise. You'll help shape product direction, lead discovery, own and prioritize the backlog, and make product decisions with a high degree of autonomy.

This role rewards strong product judgment, technical curiosity, and comfort with ambiguity. You'll balance near-term delivery against long-term product health and help raise the bar on product practice across the team.

What You'll Do
  • Translate validated customer and business needs into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and supporting documentation.
  • Own an ordered, outcome-focused backlog; make the difficult trade-offs when customer, technical, and business needs compete; and manage dependencies across teams and product areas.
  • Participate actively in planning, backlog refinement, reviews, demonstrations, and retrospectives.
  • Partner with Product Management to shape and communicate the vision, roadmap, and measurable goals for a broad or complex area of Login Enterprise.
  • Lead discovery on ambiguous customer and market problems — working directly with customers, partners, and internal teams to frame the problem before choosing a solution.
  • Define how success will be measured before development begins, and evaluate adoption, feedback, and business impact after release.
  • Work closely with Engineering and UX on feasibility, architectural implications, delivery risk, and release readiness — including lifecycle decisions on migrations, compatibility, deprecation, and platform modernization.
  • Build alignment across Product, Engineering, UX, Customer Success, Sales, executives, customers, and partners — and influence decisions beyond your immediate team.
  • Improve product practices across the organization and mentor or guide other Product Owners.

What You'll Bring
We care about what you can do, not where you learned it. A formal degree is welcome but not required — hands-on experience and a non-traditional path into product count fully.
  • Five or more years as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar software product role.
  • Experience owning a complex enterprise software product, platform, or significant product area.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead discovery and turn ambiguous problems into clear product direction and actionable requirements.
  • Proven ability to make difficult product, scope, and priority trade-offs with limited supervision.
  • Experience defining measurable product outcomes and evaluating delivered value after release.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence technical teams, business teams, customers, and senior leadership.
  • Strong experience working with engineering teams through the full product lifecycle, in Scrum or Kanban, using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Confluence.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with end-user computing (EUC) — VDI, DaaS, Cloud PCs, desktop virtualization, or Windows application environments.
  • Familiarity with Citrix, Omnissa Horizon, Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, or Microsoft Remote Desktop Services.
  • Background in enterprise or infrastructure software, testing platforms, observability, automation, or systems management.
  • Experience with customer-managed, cloud, and hybrid infrastructure, and with APIs, integrations, telemetry, or enterprise data workflows.
  • Experience with product analytics, adoption measurement, and other outcome-based product methods.
  • Experience mentoring or guiding other Product Owners.
