About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the surfaces that makes Quo trustworthy at scale — the systems that bill customers correctly, define who they are and what they can access, and keep their calls and messages complaint and deliverable. You will span three foundational domains: billing systems, accounts and identity, and telecom compliance. It’s a hands-on, high stakes and high impact role. The work rarely makes a splashy demo, but nearly every team at Quo depends on it, and when its wrong the consequences are financial, legal, or existential. You’ll partner directly with engineering, finance, security, legal, and compliance operations to build systems where correctness and trust matter more than anything.
Some of the things you’ll do:
- Own our billing system: metering and usage tracking, entitlements, plan changes and proration, invoicing, payment processing, failed-payment recovery, and the data that feeds revenue reporting.
- Translate pricing and packaging into system behaviour: work with the business to understand our monetization strategy, and figure out how the system actually represents and enforces it.
- Own accounts and identity: the account lifecycle, authentication and SSO, user roles and permissions, and the admin controls customers expect.
- Own telecom compliance: A2P 10DLC registration, carrier and aggregator relationships, messaging throughput and trust scores, fraud and platform-integrity tooling, and voice-side requirements like TCPA and robocall mitigation, treating compliance as a means to improve deliverability, an important growth lever for the business.
- Build roadmaps across all three domains, balancing across multiple dimensions
- Partner closely with engineering on system design, data models, and APIs
About you
- 5+ years in product management, including meaningful time on platform, infrastructure, or backend-facing products where you owned the underlying systems.
- A track record of turning ambiguous, technically complex, cross-functional problems into shipped systems, and of writing crisp specs engineers trust.
- Comfort operating in high-correctness domains and defending tradeoffs where the stakes are real.
- Strong collaboration instincts with non-traditional PM stakeholders like finance, legal, security, and support, plus the judgment to navigate competing priorities among them.
- The ability to ramp fast on regulated, technical domains.
