Senior Product Manager

The Managing Consulting Engineer makes innovative contributions to solution and product design and implementation. This role applies deep technical expertise to analyze client requirements and develop Digital Velocity services across multiple technology solutions. The position leads complex engagements and drives outcomes across multiple geographies.

What you will do

• Lead project teams and direct coworker and client teams in solution design and development.
• Create business cases, financial justification, and solution benefit deliverables.
• Provide oversight of technical solutions across multiple projects to ensure alignment.
• Address or escalate budget issues identified during projects.
• Perform quality assurance for SOW requests and peer review deliverables for technical accuracy.
• Maintain client relationships as a trusted technical advisor and communication focal point.
• Support account teams in developing proposals, quotations, and presentations.

What we expect of you

• Bachelor’s degree required and 7+ years of IT Infrastructure experience, including 3+ years supporting enterprise cross-brand projects OR 11+ years of work experience required.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize workload under tight deadlines.
• Proven organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage and escalate technical issues to appropriate vendor support teams.
• Experience maintaining client relationships and serving as a communication liaison.
• Ability to lead technical review of deliverables from engineering and consulting teams.
• Strong written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to research complex technology solutions, evaluate alternatives, and make recommendations.
• Ability to adapt to change, ambiguity, and risk while solving complex problems.
• Demonstrated ability to apply lessons learned and reskill on new technologies.
• Ability and willingness to travel as needed.

Pay range: $128,000 - $193,200 depending on experience and skill set

Annual bonus target of 10% subject to terms and conditions of plan
