Own product outcomes end-to-end from discovery to shipment, ensuring business results are achieved. Act as a technical bridge between engineering, design, and business teams while contributing to prototypes and simple code changes.
OVERVIEW:
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager who owns outcomes, not just features.
This is a senior-level role for someone who moves fluidly across product, design, engineering, business, and client-facing teams without losing context or needing everything re-explained. You'll take a problem from framing to shipped outcome and be accountable for the business result, not just for delivering against a roadmap.
This role carries a higher technical bar than a traditional PM. You don't need to code full-time, but you should be close enough to the work to earn engineering's trust, contribute directly when it unblocks progress, and hold your own in architecture conversations. The balance is tilted toward business: you think first in outcomes and customer problems, and use your technical fluency to support that, not lead with it.
If you're the kind of PM who prototypes instead of just writing specs, who can defend a prioritization call with clear business rationale, and who knows how to get alignment across groups that don't always agree — we'd love to talk.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Senior-level product management experience, comfortable operating with autonomy and minimal oversight
- Technical enough to contribute directly to simple changes and participate meaningfully in architecture discussions without being an engineer
- Strong business judgment — thinks first in outcomes and customer problems, uses technical fluency to support that conversation
- Proven ability to prioritize ruthlessly and defend decisions with clear business rationale
- Excellent cross-functional collaborator — builds real relationships across engineering, design, business, and client-facing teams
- Strong communicator who can adjust tone and depth for different audiences
- Genuine team player — shares credit, doesn't operate in a silo, and gets results through people
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (Optional):
- Prior experience in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment where priorities shift often
- Track record of shipping something from 0 to 1 — not just managing an existing roadmap
- Experience using AI tools to prototype or accelerate product work
- Background in e-commerce, retail media, or ad tech
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Own problems end-to-end, from discovery and framing through to shipped outcome, with full accountability for the business result
- Move fluidly across product, design, engineering, business, and client-facing teams, maintaining context and momentum across all of them
- Prototype fast, including with AI tools, to make ideas tangible and validate them before committing engineering time
- Contribute code for simple changes — copy, config, feature flags, basic UI tweaks — to unblock work and move faster without waiting on handoffs
- Hold your own in architecture conversations and stay close to the actual work to earn and maintain engineering's trust
- Translate clearly between business and technology, keeping the focus on outcomes, customer problems, and stakeholder needs
- Prioritize ruthlessly and defend those decisions with clear, data-backed business rationale
- Build strong relationships across engineering, design, leadership, and external stakeholders to drive alignment and buy-in across groups with competing priorities
- Adjust communication style and depth depending on the audience — technical teams, business or leadership
