The Opportunity:

You will own requirement discovery, documentation, and refinement through the full development lifecycle, and you will stay close to deployed technology to ensure it continues to perform.
Key Responsibilities
Translate operational needs into technology requirements. Lead discovery sessions with operations teams to understand how associates work, define what technology solutions need to accomplish, and document requirements that engineering can build against.

Maintain roadmap accuracy and transparency. Ensure development timelines, KPIs, and feature documentation reflect current reality and keep stakeholders informed and aligned.
Coordinate and manage work across a distributed global product team. Effectively delegate, review, and maintain accountability for work completed by global product team members to keep delivery on track.
