🚀 What You'll Architect

As a Project Manager at Keyrus, you will architect the delivery model behind complex technology transformation programs — bringing structure, governance, and momentum to initiatives that span business, technology, and vendor ecosystems. You will operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, translating ambitious business objectives into well-governed, on-time, on-budget delivery, while embedding the discipline that turns fragmented efforts into orchestrated outcomes.

You will:

• Lead multiple IT projects and workstreams from initiation through execution and deployment

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource allocations, budgets, and delivery roadmaps

• Coordinate activities across business, technology, and external vendor teams to ensure successful project execution

• Manage dependencies, priorities, and timelines while aligning project outcomes with business goals

• Facilitate Agile delivery practices, including sprint planning, backlog management, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives

• Partner with Product Owners, development teams, and stakeholders to remove impediments and maintain delivery momentum

• Promote continuous improvement and Agile best practices across project teams

• Serve as the primary point of contact for project communications

• Provide regular status updates to project sponsors, leadership teams, and stakeholders

• Develop executive-level presentations and reporting materials that drive alignment and decision-making

• Establish and maintain effective governance structures to support project success

• Build strong relationships with third-party vendors, implementation partners, and service providers

• Monitor vendor deliverables, timelines, risks, and contractual commitments; escalate issues as needed

• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues

• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation plans

• Monitor project performance through key metrics and reporting mechanisms

• Ensure appropriate escalation and resolution of challenges impacting scope, schedule, cost, or quality

🛠️ What You Bring

Qualifications / Certifications

• 5+ years of experience managing complex IT projects in a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or similar leadership role

• PMP, CSM, or equivalent Agile/PM certification is a plus

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and traditional project management methodologies

• Proven experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple locations and time zones

• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, risks, resources, and stakeholder communications

• Strong vendor and third-party partner management experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, or similar platforms

• Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership and executive teams

• Availability to support teams operating in Eastern Time (EST)

⭐ Nice-to-haves

• Experience leading enterprise application implementations, cloud initiatives, data platforms, integrations, or digital transformation programs

• Familiarity with cloud environments such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or other major cloud technologies

• Experience supporting data, analytics, customer, marketing, or business application projects

• Knowledge of change management and business process transformation practices

• Experience working in retail, e-commerce, or omnichannel environments
