About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Designer (UX/UI) to shape and elevate user experiences across our digital products. In this role you will lead end-to-end design efforts, partner closely with product managers, engineers and researchers, and deliver polished, user-centred solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. You will be expected to bring clear case studies demonstrating impact, mentor more junior designers, and help define design standards and processes across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end design: Own the full design lifecycle from discovery, research and ideation through wireframing, prototyping and hand-off to engineering.

  • User research & validation: Run and interpret qualitative and quantitative research, usability testing and analytics to validate assumptions and inform design decisions.

  • Interaction & visual design: Create intuitive information architecture, interaction patterns and high-fidelity UI that reflect brand guidelines and accessibility standards.

  • Design systems & standards: Contribute to and maintain a scalable design system, component library and documentation to ensure consistency across products.

  • Collaboration & delivery: Work closely with product, engineering and analytics to prioritise features, refine scope and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

  • Mentorship & leadership: Coach and review work from other designers, raise the bar for craft, and advocate for user experience across teams.

  • Metrics & impact: Define success metrics, measure outcomes and iterate based on data to demonstrate clear business impact from design work.

Requirements & Competencies

Hard Skills
- Proven Track Record & Case Studies: Ability to present clear examples from past work structured as: Problem/Status QuoSolution/ImplementationQuantified Business/Team Impact.
- UX Methodologies: Expert in user research, journey mapping, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping and usability testing.
- UI & Visual Design: Strong visual sensibility including typography, layout, colour, iconography and motion principles.
- Design Tools: Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent; experience with prototyping tools (e.g. Principle, Framer) and hand-off tools (Zeplin, Figma Inspect).
- Design Systems & Componentisation: Experience building and maintaining design systems, working with component libraries and collaborating on front-end implementation.
- Accessibility & Performance: Deep understanding of accessibility (WCAG) and inclusive design, plus practical awareness of front-end performance considerations.

Soft Skills
- Strategic thinking: Able to balance user needs, technical constraints and business goals to propose pragmatic solutions.
- Stakeholder management: Strong communicator able to present design rationale, negotiate trade-offs and align cross-functional stakeholders.
- Autonomy & ownership: Self-starter comfortable taking initiative, leading projects and driving outcomes with minimal supervision.
- Collaboration & empathy: Team player who listens, provides constructive feedback and fosters a positive working environment.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience working in regulated industries (finance, iGaming, gambling) or with crypto products.

  • Familiarity with product analytics tools (e.g. Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics) and A/B testing frameworks.

  • Front-end development experience (HTML/CSS/JS) or strong collaboration history with engineering teams.

  • Formal UX/UI qualification, HCI degree or recognised certifications.
