We are looking for a Senior Product Analyst to join one of our most established products - Cupid Media.
This role is designed for a strong product analyst who is ready to take the next step in their career and grow into a Product Analytics Team Lead position. You will initially focus on hands-on analytics while gradually taking ownership of analytical initiatives, stakeholder management, and team leadership responsibilities with support from experienced leaders.
Main tasks:
Product Analytics & Business Impact

Investigate changes in product, marketing, and business KPIs and identify root causes

Conduct user behavior, funnel, retention, and cohort analyses
-
Design, evaluate, and interpret experiments (A/B tests, CUPED/CUPAC, proxy metrics)
-
Quantify the expected and actual impact of product and marketing initiatives
-
Partner with Product, Marketing, and Growth teams to support decision-making
-
Generate actionable insights that influence product strategy and roadmap priorities
Analytics Infrastructure & Data Quality

Work closely with Data Engineering on analytical requirements and data quality improvements

Contribute to analytics infrastructure and reporting improvements

Ensure consistency and reliability of key product and marketing metrics

Help define analytical standards and best practices
Marketing & Growth Analytics

Support development of marketing analytics frameworks including LTV, CAC, attribution, and funnel measurement

Partner with Growth and Marketing teams on performance analysis and optimization

Develop and validate leading indicators and proxy metrics to accelerate decision-making
Leadership Development Track:
As part of your development toward a Team Lead role, you will gradually:

We are looking for someone who has:

Strong experience in Product Analytics

Advanced SQL and data analysis skills

Upper-Intermediate (B2) English or higher
