Job Description:

The Senior Partner Data Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, governance, and strategic utilization of partner-related data across enterprise systems and business processes. This role partners closely with Global Programs & Operations, Partner Operations, Internal IT, Business Systems, Analytics, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain partner data governance standards, policies, and best practices.
  • Manage partner lifecycle data including role-based partner contacts, hierarchy management, certifications, and program participation.
  • Monitor and improve partner data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Analyze partner engagement, program participation, certifications, incentives, and operational performance metrics.
  • Partner with Internal IT and Business Systems teams (GTO)to support partner-related systems and integrations.
  • Support system enhancements, testing, release management, and data migration activities.
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide data insights and recommendations to business stakeholders and leadership.
  • Help define key commercial customer adoption telemetry, include product insights, renewal insights, drive upsell and cross sales
  • Create data sheet for competitive analysis in the market
  • Work with AI specialist closely to build AI enabled data capabilities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in Data Management, Business Analysis, Partner Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or related functions.
  • Strong understanding of data governance, data quality management, and reporting principles.
  • Advanced Excel, reporting, and data analysis skills.
  • Experience building dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting partner ecosystems, channel programs, or customer-facing operations.
  • Experience with CRM and PRM platforms such as Salesforce, ChannelScaler, Impartner, or ZINFI.
  • Knowledge of SQL, APIs, data integrations, and workflow automation technologies.
  • Experience utilizing AI tools to improve reporting, analytics, and operational processes.
  • Familiarity with certifications, incentives, business planning, and enablement processes.
  • Knowledge of google suite of tools

Compensation and Benefits

The On Target Earnings (OTE) range for this position is $129,400 - $207,000  

OTE includes Sales Incentive Commission in accordance with relevant plan documents and salary. In addition, as a valued member of our team, you'll be eligible to receive a competitive new hire equity grant and annual equity awards, directly connecting your success to the company's growth. All subject to relevant plan documents and award agreements.
