Job Description: Senior Oracle Fusion Cloud Technical Lead - ERP & SCM

Position Summary

MediaKind is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Technical Lead with strong hands-on expertise across Oracle Fusion ERP and SCM.

The role will be responsible for technical development, reporting, interfaces, APIs, data extraction, and integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud and third-party enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Oracle Fusion Cloud data model, advanced SQL/PL/SQL capabilities, and extensive experience developing BI Publisher, OTBI, and financial reports.

Key Responsibilities

• • Design, develop, test, deploy, and support technical solutions across Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and SCM.
  • Develop and maintain BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI, and Financial Reporting/FRS reports.
  • Work extensively with the Oracle Fusion Cloud data model to develop complex reports and data extracts.
  • Develop complex SQL and PL/SQL solutions supporting reporting, interfaces, conversions, and extensions.
  • Develop and maintain interfaces between Oracle Fusion and third-party enterprise applications.
  • Develop and consume REST and SOAP web services using Oracle Fusion and external application APIs.
  • Work with functional teams to translate ERP and SCM business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Support data extraction, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and interface troubleshooting.
  • Perform root-cause analysis and resolve application, integration, reporting, and data issues.
  • Support SIT, UAT, cutover, production deployment, and post-production stabilization.
  • Prepare technical design specifications, interface documentation, deployment instructions, and operational support documentation.
  • Follow Oracle Fusion Cloud development standards and prioritize configuration and standard cloud capabilities over unnecessary customization.
  • Collaborate with business teams, functional consultants, technical teams, and implementation partners.

Required Skills & Experience

• • 7+ years of Oracle ERP technical development experience, including strong experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud.
  • Strong hands-on technical experience with Oracle Fusion ERP and/or SCM.
  • Strong understanding of the Oracle Fusion Cloud data model.
  • Strong experience developing BI Publisher (BIP) reports.
  • Strong experience with OTBI reporting and analytics.
  • Experience with Financial Reporting/FRS.
  • Advanced SQL and PL/SQL development skills.
  • Experience building interfaces between Oracle Fusion and third-party applications.
  • Strong experience with Oracle Fusion REST/SOAP APIs and web services.
  • Experience with XML, JSON, and related integration technologies.
  • Understanding of Fusion security and data-access concepts.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• • Experience across multiple Oracle Fusion modules, including Financials, Procurement, Order Management, Inventory, Supply Chain, and/or Manufacturing.
  • Experience with FBDI, ESS jobs, scheduled processes, and other Oracle Fusion data-loading/integration capabilities.
  • Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud implementation, migration, or enterprise transformation programs.
  • Experience supporting global Oracle Fusion environments.
  • Experience working with system integrators and geographically distributed teams.
  • Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications are preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline.
