Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle APEX Developer with strong expertise in Oracle Application Express (APEX), SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Fusion ERP integration. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining web applications, dashboards, reports, and business solutions that integrate seamlessly with Oracle Fusion ERP.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with REST APIs, Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS), BI Publisher, and Oracle reporting and data integration tools, working collaboratively within an Agile, cross-functional team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain web applications using Oracle APEX, preferably the latest available version.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and database objects.
• Integrate Oracle APEX applications with Oracle Fusion ERP using REST APIs, web services, and Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS).
• Develop interactive dashboards, forms, reports, and other application components to support business requirements and extend existing system capabilities.
• Design, develop, and maintain reports using Oracle BI Publisher and support reporting requirements involving Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI).
• Work with Oracle Fusion ERP data import and integration tools, including FBDI and ADFdi.
• Troubleshoot application issues, optimize performance, and ensure data accuracy, security, and reliability.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Maintain technical documentation and follow development standards and best practices.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in Oracle APEX development.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL, including query optimization and database programming.
• Solid knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Practical experience integrating Oracle APEX applications with Oracle Fusion ERP.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, web services, and ORDS.
• Working experience with Oracle BI Publisher and OTBI.
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion ERP data import tools, including FBDI and ADFdi.
• Experience developing dashboards, interactive reports, forms, and web-based applications.
• Understanding of application security, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
