As a Senior Network Operations Engineer, join a skilled 24x7 operations team ensuring reliable, high-performing, and available network infrastructure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support CDN and cloud compute platforms, enhancing observability and operational excellence.

As a Network Operations Engineer Senior, you will be responsible for:

• Investigating and resolving routing and switching faults within extensive network environments to ensure seamless connectivity and operational efficiency.
• Troubleshooting backbone, transport, and fabric network topology problems effectively to ensure seamless functionality and optimal performance.
• Leading and supporting the resolution of critical technical incidents effectively and efficiently.
• Providing expertise during incident response and conducting operational reviews to ensure effective analysis and resolution.
• Designing, developing, and maintaining alerts, runbooks, dashboards, and monitoring tools to enhance fault detection and operational visibility.
• Developing and maintaining operational tools, automation, and technical documentation to support extensive network infrastructure effectively and efficiently.
• Installing, configuring, maintaining and optimizing routers and switches.

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a High School / Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or its equivalent
• Have 5+ years of hands-on experience operating and supporting large-scale network environments.
• Have excellent communication, stakeholder management, and customer service skills.
• Demonstrate expertise in IP networking, routing, and switching; certifications like CCNA, JNCIA, or similar are recommended.
• Have experience operating and troubleshooting service provider networks and Internet routing protocols, including BGP, IS-IS, OSPF, and MPLS.
• Have experience writing, modifying, and troubleshooting SQL queries.
• Have hands-on experience with Linux/Unix systems and associated tools
