About the Role

If you love bringing big ideas to life and making high-profile meetings and events feel effortless, this Senior Meeting Manager role at BCD could be your next move. You’ll lead complex programs from kickoff to closeout, partner closely with clients, and create standout experiences that balance strategy, creativity, and flawless execution. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys juggling details, building strong relationships, and keeping multiple moving parts on track. You’ll also play a key role in mentoring teammates and raising the bar on every event you touch.

You’re Good At

  • Leading complex meetings and events from concept through post-event wrap-up with confidence and attention to detail
  • Building strong client partnerships, setting clear expectations, and keeping communication proactive and polished
  • Managing budgets, negotiating with vendors, and finding smart ways to deliver quality while staying on target financially
  • Keeping timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables organized across multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
  • Creating executive-ready presentations and leading on-site teams through fast decisions and smooth event execution.

You Might Also Have

  • A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of event planning and management experience, ideally in a corporate setting
  • Hands-on experience with Cvent, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • A strong understanding of hi-touch meetings and event management trends and best practices
  • A collaborative leadership style with the ability to mentor junior team members and support a high-performing team culture
  • Sharp problem-solving, customer relations, and decision-making skills that help you stay calm under pressure

You Should Know

  • This role is virtual and operates within the Central or Eatern time zones.
  • This role requires up to 50% travel availablity

Travel requirements for this role are as follows:25% to 50% 

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Senior Meeting Manager  is between $64,000 - $90,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
