Who We're Looking For:
We're looking for a Senior Media Strategist with 5+ years of experience who loves blending big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on campaign setup, management, and optimization. You won't just deploy campaigns; you'll own the entire media process, ensuring every action delivers measurable results.
The ideal person is a confident communicator who can comfortably lead strategy talks with clients and internal teams while keeping a sharp eye on project details like scope, budget, and timeline. Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 + benefits

Location: Canada (Remote)
We are open to applicants across Canada. We currently have team members in British Columbia, Ontario, Manitoba, and Alberta. Our Vancouver team has the option to work from home or the office.

The Must-Haves:
  • Agency Experience: 5+ years of experience in a paid media role strictly within an agency environment.
  • Enterprise Scale: A proven track record of developing and leading 7-figure paid media campaign strategies, managing and dynamically reallocating budgets across multiple platforms simultaneously.
  • Omni-Channel Expertise: Hands-on execution experience across a true media mix, including SEM, paid social, programmatic, radio, CTV/linear TV, and digital out-of-home.
  • High-Stakes Communication: Extensive experience presenting high-level strategies, annual plans, and performance reports to senior stakeholders. (Experience supporting net-new sales pitches is a strong asset).
  • Team Mentorship: A history of serving as a mentor to junior team members, providing structured, actionable feedback, and guiding cross-functional project teams.
  • Operational Excellence: A demonstrated ability to manage multiple large-scale client accounts simultaneously without sacrificing quality or missing deliverables. You bring exceptional organization, clear communication, meticulous attention to detail, and strong time management to everything you do.
  • Hit-the-Ground-Running Readiness: Experience in onboarding into projects quickly and with a proactive and, at times, independent attitude. The successful candidate will be stepping into active accounts as the lead strategist whom the team will look to for answers.

Ad-Tech:
  • Ad Platforms: Deep expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest, and DV360/CM360 (experience with Vistar, Amazon, and Magnite is a strong asset).
  • Analytics & Reporting: Deep expertise in Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Supermetrics to perform analysis of marketing performance (conceptual understanding of Google Tag Manager and BigQuery (technical implementation not required) is an asset).
  • Research & Audience Tools: Familiarity with Nielsen, Comscore, GWI, MRI-Simmons, SEMrush, Rainbarrel, and Foursquare.
  • Certifications: You must complete, pass, and maintain Google and Microsoft certifications annually.
  • Media Planning & Strategy: Develop data-driven paid media plans, defining channels, targeting, performance forecasting, and budget allocations in alignment with complex client objectives.
  • Campaign Management & Optimization: Own the technical configuration and day-to-day management of campaigns. Troubleshoot errors, pace budgets, and proactively pivot settings (bids, creative, audiences) to drive KPI efficiency.
  • Insights & Reporting: Build data sets and lead client performance calls, translating raw data into insights and tactical recommendations. You will own the Paid Media section of monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews, translating raw data into actionable tactics.
  • Onboarding & Workshops: Facilitate client workshops to uncover strategic solutions, coordinate onboarding tasks, and conduct initial account audits.
  • Quality Assurance: Execute thorough quality assurance processes on channel and campaign setups to verify technical accuracy, tracking event integration, and alignment with strategic intent.
