Minty is seeking a Senior Media Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of programmatic media across on-property and off-property channels. This role is AI-native, requiring a leader who treats AI and AI agents as core collaborators to accelerate media planning, automate trafficking workflows, and continuously optimize performance at scale.
Reporting to the CMO and working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and sales, this role will define how Minty activates media to drive growth for both shopper and ecommerce brand audiences. You will own media strategy, client-facing proposals, and hands-on execution—ensuring campaigns are launched, optimized, and scaled with precision.
This is a high-impact role responsible for translating Minty’s Proactive Commerce platform into high-performing media programs that drive measurable outcomes, revenue growth, and long-term brand partnerships.

You are a media leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and performance. You are deeply experienced in programmatic media and comfortable owning both high-level planning and hands-on implementation.
You are AI-native—leveraging AI tools and agent-based workflows in every aspect of media planning, buying, trafficking, and optimization. You don’t just use AI; you rely on it to increase speed, precision, and impact.
You excel in client-facing environments, can translate complex media strategies into clear, compelling proposals, and are energized by operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
Media Strategy & Planning:
Develop and lead programmatic media strategies across on-property and off-property channels, aligning with both shopper and ecommerce brand objectives.
Client-Facing Leadership:
Build and present media plans, proposals, and performance narratives to internal stakeholders and external partners, clearly articulating strategy, value, and expected outcomes.
Programmatic Execution:
Own end-to-end campaign execution including platform setup, trafficking, QA, launch, and ongoing management across DSPs and ad platforms.
Ad Operations & Trafficking:
Manage the implementation and trafficking of creative assets, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with campaign goals.
AI-Driven Media Optimization:
Leverage AI and AI agents to automate campaign setup, optimize bidding strategies, generate insights, and improve performance in real time.
Cross-Functional Partnership:
Collaborate with product, product marketing, sales, and analytics teams to align media strategies with broader go-to-market initiatives.
Performance & Analytics:
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, continuously optimizing toward KPIs including ROI, conversion, engagement, and revenue impact.
Testing & Innovation:
Design and execute rapid testing frameworks to identify new channels, formats, and strategies that drive incremental growth.
Operational Excellence:
Build scalable workflows and systems for media execution, leveraging AI to reduce manual effort and increase throughput.
