About the role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Media Designer with a strong background in graphic design, video production, motion graphics, and digital media. This role requires a creative professional who can develop visual concepts, execute sophisticated design and motion projects, and contribute to the overall creative direction of client campaigns in the healthcare and dental manufacturing space. The ideal candidate is a versatile visual storyteller who can move seamlessly between static design, video, animation, and motion graphics, while maintaining strong brand consistency and delivering polished, high-quality work.

What you’ll be doing:

• Develop high-quality graphic, video, and motion content for client campaigns across digital, social media, websites, advertising, presentations, and other marketing channels.

• Translate client briefs, campaign objectives, brand guidelines, and marketing strategies into compelling visual concepts and creative executions.

• Develop creative concepts, mood boards, storyboards, style frames, and visual treatments for client campaigns and digital content.

• Work directly with clients to understand their creative requirements, brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and feedback.

• Design engaging social media creatives, digital advertisements, website graphics, presentations, promotional materials, and branded content.

• Create sophisticated 2D motion graphics, animations, kinetic typography, transitions, visual effects, and animated compositions.

• Edit and produce professional video content, including promotional videos, social media videos, interviews, product videos, advertisements, and campaign assets.

• Adapt creative concepts and assets for different platforms, audiences, formats, and client requirements while maintaining brand consistency.

• Collaborate with Account Management, Marketing, and other teams to understand client objectives and develop effective visual solutions.

• Participate in creative brainstorming and contribute ideas that strengthen campaign concepts, storytelling, and overall client communication.

• Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, prioritize deadlines, and take ownership of projects from initial concept through final delivery.

• Review and refine creative deliverables based on client and internal feedback while ensuring quality, accuracy, brand alignment, and technical specifications.

• Stay current with trends and emerging tools in digital design, motion graphics, video, social media, AI-assisted design, and visual storytelling, and contribute to improving the agency's creative standards and workflows.
  

Who are we looking for?

• 8–10 years of professional experience in graphic design, multimedia design, motion graphics, video production, or a related creative field.

• Direct experience creating design and video content for the healthcare, medical, or dental manufacturing sectors.

• Ability to communicate professionally with clients throughout the creative process and proactively address questions, revisions, and creative challenges.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design, video, motion graphics, and digital content creation.

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and InDesign, along with strong proficiency in Figma.

• Strong understanding of typography, composition, color, layout, branding, visual hierarchy, and visual storytelling.

• Strong motion design, animation, video editing, and post-production skills.

• Experience working in a marketing or creative agency environment and managing multiple client projects is strongly preferred.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Hands-on experience with ClickUp is required for managing projects, tasks, deadlines, client feedback, revisions, and creative deliverables.

• Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and time-management skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet deadlines.

• Experience creating content for paid social, display advertising, websites, email marketing, and other digital marketing channels is a plus.
