Senior Marketing Manager Communications (m/f/d)

Your mission

• You manage all corporate communications activities: press inquiries, statements, interview briefings, Q&As, and background information, while continuously expanding our network of trade media and journalists in the fields of technology, cloud, data centers, and AI.
• You develop and refine our brand story around AI data centers and Sovereign AI and translate it into clear messaging. Thought leadership is a key part of your work.
• You are responsible for the content of our website communication (structure, copy, case studies, FAQs) and work closely with Product, Sales, and external partners to deliver it.
• You conceptualize and create key assets in collaboration with our designers, including company decks, sales presentations, one-pagers, factsheets, and materials for customers, policymakers, and the media.
• You plan and create strategic content for all channels together with colleagues from across the company. “Structure” is your middle name.
• You value close collaboration with brand and design roles (internal and external) to ensure a consistent, high-quality visual identity.
• You manage external service providers (e.g., PR agencies), including briefings, quality control, timelines, and budgets within your projects.

Your profile

• You bring at least 5 years of experience in brand and corporate communications, ideally in a B2B technology, infrastructure, or SaaS environment.
• You have excellent writing skills in German and very good English proficiency – you are able to translate complex technical topics into clear, compelling stories.
• Thanks to your strong emotional intelligence, you excel in communication – you understand what truly matters to your target audiences and know how to build brand stories and narratives that not only inform but also persuade and sell.
• You have experience working with media and journalists; an existing network within the DACH tech ecosystem is a strong advantage.
• You work in a structured manner, can organize multiple streams of input, and turn them into reusable assets.
• You are proficient in using common marketing tools (e.g., CMS, newsletter tools, CRM/marketing automation platforms, design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar) as well as standard office applications.
• You combine strategic and entrepreneurial thinking: you recognize opportunities, understand markets, and always think customer-first.
• You are hands-on, take ownership, and thrive in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.
