Overview
This role is responsible for defining and driving the growth of the Training business across EMEA. Acting as the voice of the market, the role identifies skills demand, shapes training offerings, and develops scalable routes to market. It operates at the intersection of customers, ecosystem partners, and internal teams to ensure training is aligned to real-world needs and positioned as a strategic growth pillar.

As Head of Training Strategy & Growth you will: 

  • Own the EMEA training strategy, aligning offerings to market demand, emerging trends (e.g. AI, data), and regional priorities 

  • Act as the primary conduit of market insight, translating customer needs, field feedback, and delivery experience into clear requirements for training content and portfolio evolution 

  • Shape and influence the training portfolio by working closely with enablement and content teams to ensure offerings are relevant, scalable, and commercially viable 

  • Build and scale a focused training ecosystem, including partners, academic institutions, and strategic alliances 

  • Identify and activate new demand channels, including enterprise L&D budgets, workforce transformation programs, and public sector or government-funded initiatives 

  • Act as the central point of alignment across teams, ensuring consistency between what is sold, what is delivered, and what is developed 

  • Establish a structured feedback loop on training performance, including adoption, quality, and gaps, to continuously improve offerings

  • Strong background in Professional Services / Consulting roles 

  • Proven ability to translate market needs into structured offerings or programs 

  • Experience working across multiple stakeholders (sales, delivery, product/enablement) 

  • Strong commercial awareness with an understanding of how services and training drive revenue 

  • Experience with partnerships, ecosystem development, or education programs is a strong advantage 

  • Highly proactive, structured, and comfortable operating in an evolving environment
