A bit about us

We’re Hyve - organiser of the world’s fastest-growing and most forward-thinking B2B events. As the chosen event partner to many of the world’s leading companies, our platforms play a critical role in their strategies - helping them enter new markets, accelerate growth and connect with the people who matter most.

Our portfolio features some of the world’s leading events in sectors like ecommerce, healthcare, edtech, and fintech. We’re growing fast with an entrepreneurial culture that empowers big ideas and quick action, plus an ambitious acquisition strategy bringing exciting new events into our mix.

Alongside our market-leading events, we’re building tech and data-driven products that supercharge connections – from one-to-one meeting programs and curated table talks to year-round engagement platforms.

Whatever your role, you’ll join a global team redefining how industries connect, collaborate, and grow – working with some of the most talented people in the business.

Think that sounds good? Wait until our talent acquisition team tells you about the culture.

A bit about you

First things first: whatever your background, beliefs or ambitions, there’s a culture of belonging at Hyve — and everyone is welcome. The question isn’t where you’ve come from, but where you want to go.

You’ll thrive here if you’re curious, collaborative and not afraid to challenge convention. We look for people who take pride in what they do, who are excited by change and always moving forward. The kind of people who stay open, keep learning, and look for better ways to make an impact.

Our shared behaviours guide how we work: we dare to do things differently, own our work, embrace collaboration, stay true to ourselves and others, and remember that optimism wins.

If that sounds like you, you’ll fit right in.

About Behavioral Health Tech

Behavioral Health Tech is the leading community and conference committed to expanding access to mental health, substance use and autism/IDD services through technology, health equity and innovation. Our community is made up of health plans, employers, health systems, behavioral health providers, startups, investors and policymakers to connect for the purposes of advancing access to behavioral healthcare for all. Our annual BHT conference is the industry's premier gathering for driving change at the intersection of technology and mental health. We are a small, high-velocity team where every hire meaningfully shapes the trajectory of the organization.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to help accelerate every marketing channel that drives revenue for BHT. This is a senior individual contributor role on a lean marketing team meaning you will be equally comfortable setting strategy and executing it yourself. Same day, if needed.

As the leading community bringing together all stakeholders focused on advancing access to mental health, addiction, and I/DD services, the Senior Marketing Manager will be involved in all aspects of catering content and services to each of our stakeholder audiences.

If you thrive in environments where your work has immediate, measurable impact, this role is for you.

As part of your job, you’ll be:

  • Channel Ownership. End-to-end tactical management of growth marketing channels: email, SMS, social media, paid digital, and web.
  • HubSpot Management. Design, build, and optimize HubSpot workflows, automations, sequences, and reporting dashboards.
  • Creative Execution. Create compelling, on-brand assets and copy across formats, no design handoff required.
  • Audience Segmentation. Develop audience-specific messaging strategies for attendees, hosted buyers, and sponsors, with a deep understanding of what moves each group to act.
  • Campaign Calendar. You’ll be managing and executing on the editorial and promotional calendar, keeping recurring content (newsletters, LinkedIn posts, email campaigns) running like clockwork.
  • Event Marketing. Track ticket price milestones, deadline-driven urgency campaigns, sponsorship marketing fulfillment and event lifecycle communications from launch through post-conference.
  • Partnership Support. Periodically identify and meet with appropriate peer organization partner prospects to further marketing and BHT awareness efforts. You will also be responsible for fulfilling marketing tasks with established partners.
  • Analytics & Optimization. Analyze campaign performance, surface actionable insights, and continuously iterate based on data.
  • Everything Else. Identify and close gaps: if something marketing-related needs doing and no one else owns it, you do.

Here’s what we’re looking for from you:

Required
  • 5+ years of growth or digital marketing experience with a proven track record of driving measurable revenue outcomes.
  • Deep, hands-on HubSpot expertise: workflows, lists, sequences, custom properties, reporting, and CRM hygiene.
  • Strong copywriting skills across email, SMS, social, and web with an instinct for what resonates by channel and audience.
  • Proficiency in graphic design (including Canva) —: you produce polished visuals independently.
  • Data fluency: you set up tracking, pull your own reports, and make decisions from them.
  • Experience marketing to healthcare, behavioral health, or similarly complex B2B audiences is highly valued.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a full marketing calendar solo: prioritizing ruthlessly across competing deadlines.

The Intangibles (Non-Negotiable)

  • You are a natural dot-connector: you see how a webinar campaign ties to a sponsor renewal ties to a LinkedIn post, and you act on that.
  • You are a figure-it-out-er. When tools break, briefs are incomplete, or the playbook doesn't exist yet, you move forward anyway.
  • You are comfortable operating without layers of support. There is no agency to hand off to, no coordinator to delegate to.
  • You understand the motivations, pressures, and purchasing psychology of behavioral health providers, payers, and innovators.
  • You have strong opinions about marketing, you can manage ambiguity and be flexible, and make changes when data directs.

Why Join BHT

  • Mission that matters: innovation in mental health, addiction, and I/DD for youth and adults is one of the most consequential spaces in healthcare right now.
  • Direct impact: your campaigns move the needle on the behavioral health ecosystem
  • Autonomy: you will own your function entirely and have the autonomy to implement creativity on a regular basis.
  • Growth stage energy: the infrastructure you build here will define how BHT markets and operates for years to come.
