The Senior IAM Manager will be responsible for leading the transformation of our Identity and Access Management (IAM) operations from a legacy and manual framework to a modernized, automated system. This role will ensure that IAM supports the business effectively, with a focus on security, compliance, and efficient request fulfillment.

This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). To perform the position, you must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. ‘Green Card Holder’), Political Asylee, or Refugee.
A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is $165,00 to $180,000. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. HSA and FSA offerings are available depending on type of medical plan selected.
