The Senior Loss Control Advisor serves as the lead consultant for assigned clients, performing on-site safety inspections and identifying hazardous conditions. They are responsible for providing safety training, ensuring regulatory compliance, and developing action plans to address negative loss trends.

The Senior Loss Control Advisor will be the lead consultant for and provide consultative loss control services to assigned customers as well as JPAs in accordance with the department’s guidelines.
Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is $90,000 to $120,000 (US Dollar) annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
Required: Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience; 5 years' related experience in Safety, Risk, or Insurance. Ability to obtain appropriate licenses in all states where business is conducted. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Moderate travel required, including some overnight travel. Ability to travel by automobile and aircraft and work outside or normal business hours as required. Ability to perform work on varied customer properties; entails negotiating non-public access areas, climbing, lifting, sitting, standing and walking for extended periods of time.
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Occupational or Industrial Safety, Fire Protection, Risk Management preferred; and certifications or ability to achieve within the first 18 months.
Preferred: Associate in Risk Management (ARM), Associate in Safety Professional (ASP), Certified Safety Professional (CSP).

Efficiently organizes work and manages time in order to meet deadlines. Exercises discretion in confidential matters and uses independent judgment.
