5+ years’ experience in licensing, content acquisition, or rights management, ideally gained at an audio platform or entertainment company.
Deep, international experience in licensing, with strong knowledge of audio IP rights, contract negotiation, and global licensing frameworks.
Proven ability to manage complex negotiations and build effective partnerships.
Commercially astute with excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Confident working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, international environment.
A passion for storytelling, creativity, and delivering meaningful audio experiences for children and families.

This role is ideal for someone with deep licensing experience within the audio or entertainment sector - for example, from an audio streaming service, music label, publishing house, or content platform - who understands the nuances of rights management, deal structures, and creative collaboration in the world of audio storytelling.Lead the sourcing, negotiation, and execution of new licensing deals across multiple categories.
