The Senior Legal Operations & Privacy Specialist will conduct advanced legal research on global data privacy laws, draft and review a range of agreements and policies, and monitor regulatory developments to ensure ongoing compliance. The role also encompasses optimizing legal workflows, managing legal technology tools, and supporting contract lifecycle management. Collaboration with IT, Security, and Product teams is essential to maintain robust data governance frameworks and oversee the lifecycle of compliance policies and corporate records.

Ideal candidates bring at least four years of experience in legal operations or paralegal roles—preferably within SaaS or highly regulated sectors—along with demonstrated expertise in data privacy, legal research, and corporate entity management. Strong communication skills, discretion, and a tech-savvy mindset are essential, as is the ability to translate complex legal requirements into actionable guidance for cross-functional teams.
