Microsoft’s Cloud Infrastructure Acquisition (CIA) Land Development Organization is seeking a Land Development & Permitting Program Manager to support datacenter development across markets in the Western United States.
The Microsoft datacenter development portfolio consists of complex, multi-disciplinary, large-scale, multi-year construction projects. The Land Development team plays a critical role in supporting the development and delivery of this portfolio - from site selection through entitlements, design, permitting, construction, and handover to operations.
In this key role, you will coordinate across internal teams - including Environmental, Engineering & Design, Construction, Legal, Government Affairs, and Community Affairs - to ensure the delivery and pre-positioning of operation-ready datacenter sites. You will help drive the development and execution of Microsoft’s datacenter portfolio from site selection through entitlements, design, permitting, construction, and delivery.

Real Estate Portfolio Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $116,900 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $148,400 - $222,600 per year.
