This role will be primarily focused on attracting and retaining the best recruitment talent across all of our businesses through a mixture of both experienced and entry-level hires.

Key Responsibilities:

· Partner with key stakeholders and Talent Director and Talent Engagement Lead to create a robust and agile hiring strategy

· Collaborate with hiring managers and business stakeholders to build effective attraction, sourcing, and closing strategies

· Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing/headhunting, values-based interviews, offers, and HR administration.

· Produce creative talent attraction campaigns through social media, automation, email marketing, and other innovative methods

· Play a key part in building and promoting our employer brand.

· Make recommendations and bring ideas and strategies that will contribute to the long-term growth of 11 Investments

· Write compelling and engaging copy to attract potential recruitment consultants (PRCs)

· Deliver the best candidate and employee experience.

· Pipeline future talent for 11 Investments

· Support the business with market and business intelligence to support our attraction approach and make recommendations on the right routes to market.
