Role Overview:  

We are seeking a Senior Integration Developer with strong experience in Python-based API integrations and the ability to independently gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions. This role is responsible for end-to-end ownership of integrations across enterprise platforms including ADP, Deltek Vantagepoint, and related ERP/HR systems, from requirements discovery through design, development, and support.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of Python development for integrations.
  

• Strong experience with REST APIs, business requirements analysis, ERP/HR data models, SQL, and authentication protocols.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ADP APIs, Deltek Vantagepoint, Azure platforms, data lakehouse integration, and event-driven architecture.
  

What You’ll Be Working On:

• 
  

  Integration Engineering (Primary Focus)
  Design, develop, and maintain Python-based integrations across enterprise systems including ADP, Deltek Vantagepoint, and data platforms. Build and consume RESTful APIs, implement secure authentication, and develop reusable integration services.

  Business Analysis & Requirements Ownership
  Engage directly with HR, Finance, Payroll, and Project Accounting stakeholders to gather requirements. Translate business needs into technical integration designs and perform impact analysis for system changes.

  Data Integration & Transformation
  Define data mappings, transformations, and validations. Ensure data accuracy, reconciliation, and auditability across systems.

  Production Support & Optimization
  Monitor integrations, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve performance, scalability, and reliability.

  Documentation & Governance
  Document integration designs and ensure compliance with enterprise governance and security standards.
