Senior Implementation Manager

Intapp serves clients in complex, highly regulated environments. Delivering software to them requires more than project management — it requires judgment, discipline, and the ability to hold a room at any level.

We're hiring a Senior Engagement Manager to lead enterprise implementations for Intapp's Services team — driving complex, multi-stakeholder projects from contract through go-live, across legal, accounting, consulting, and private capital firms.

What you will do:

You will delivering software to our client requires more than project management — it requires judgment, discipline, and the ability to hold a room at any level. You'll build relationships that turn clients into references. And you'll do it with the rigor and candor that the world's most demanding professional firms expect.

What you will need:

• 5+ years leading enterprise cloud software implementations

• Proven budget management and forecasting experience

• Comfort in a global, matrixed delivery model

• Experience running executive steering committees with C-suite and senior client stakeholders

• Background in legal, financial, or professional services — a genuine advantage
