About Us
We are a passionate team of identity experts building top-tier solutions on the industry's leading platforms for world-class clients. We pride ourselves on a highly collaborative culture where knowledge-sharing is second nature, and every team member is empowered to grow.
We are an AI-friendly organization. We don't just accept modern tools; we actively encourage our team to use, experiment, and innovate with AI to streamline workflows, optimize documentation, and build smarter solutions. If you love working with exciting technologies, tackling complex puzzles, and thriving in a supportive, future-focused environment, you’ll fit right in.
The Opportunity
As we continue to grow, we are proactively expanding our bench capacity to stay ahead of the curve. We are seeking an all-around, versatile Senior IAM Analyst who smoothly operates at the intersection of business strategy and functional architecture.
In this role, you will be the driving force behind the discovery phase of major identity transformations. You will work directly with our clients, running interactive workshops to extract business rules, map identity lifecycles, and translate complex regulatory and corporate requirements into concrete functional specifications for our engineering teams.
What You Will Do
- Client Workshops & Discovery: Lead interactive requirements-gathering and discovery workshops with client stakeholders, business units, and technical teams.
- Process Mapping & Use Case Definition: Map current-state vs. future-state identity processes (Joiner-Mover-Leaver, request-access workflows, authentication journeys) and define comprehensive functional use cases.
- Integration Guidance: Bridge the gap between business logic and system capabilities, providing clear functional guidance on how target applications should integrate with the core IAM ecosystem.
- Validation & Testing: Define functional acceptance criteria, validate that developed solutions meet the original business intent, and support clients through User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Leverage AI for Analysis: Actively utilize AI tools to accelerate documentation, analyze identity data sets (such as group structures or access matrices), and generate comprehensive test cases and functional scenarios.
What You Bring
- Experience: 5+ years of experience as an IAM Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or Systems Analyst, with a deep understanding of core identity governance (IGA) or access management (AM/CIAM) concepts.
- Platform Familiarity: Functional experience with at least one major market-leading platform is required (e.g., Okta, Auth0, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, SailPoint, Saviynt, or Microsoft Entra ID).
- Analytical Documentation: Exceptional skills in translating ambiguous business needs into structured functional requirement documents (FRDs), process flows, data mapping matrices, and user stories.
- The AI Mindset: A forward-thinking, resourceful approach to problem-solving. You have a natural curiosity to integrate AI into your daily analysis toolkit to drive efficiency.
- Education & Certifications: A University degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Business Administration, or equivalent experience is preferred. Relevant IAM platform or business analysis certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus.
- Communication & Facilitation: Outstanding workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills. Bilingualism (English/French) is considered a strong asset for serving our nationwide client base.
What’s in It for You?
- 100% Remote Flexibility: Work from anywhere in Canada.
- An Environment of Innovation: Freedom to utilize and experiment with AI technologies to optimize your daily analysis and documentation workflows.
- Exciting Tech & Contracts: Work on high-impact projects using the latest cutting-edge identity technologies.
- A Culture of Growth: Join a collaborative environment where professionals genuinely help each other get better every day.
- Professional Development: Access to vendor training, certification/vendor support, and industry conferences to keep you at the forefront of the IAM space.
- Amazing Work Culture: Participate in team meetups, offsite, happy hours and others, all organized to build a solid and cohesive team.
- Competitive Rewards: A comprehensive full-time salary package based entirely on your competencies, paired with an array of excellent corporate perks.
